RD’s Grocery List

My pantry & fridge are ALWAYS stocked with the following:

  • Almond Butter (or make your own)
  • Brown rice
  • Quinoa pasta since I’m gluten-free, or 100% whole wheat pasta
  • Variety of canned beans (rinse and strain to remove salt)
  • Lundberg brown rice cakes (perfect as a vehicle for almond butter)
  • Old fashioned rolled oats, oat bran, Scottish oats – I like to have a variety of morning oats
  • Flaxseed mill – provides fiber and omega-3 fatty acids
  • Omega-3 fortified eggs
  • Frozen fruit, no sugar added
  • Amy’s frozen meals, for when I’m in a pinch
  • LaraBar and KIND bars
  • Celestial Seasonings (Colorado local company) teas – Green and Sleepytime are my personal frequent flyers
  • Van’s gluten free waffles when I’m in need of a quick, on-the-go breakfast

    This is so similar to what my pantry is always stocked with. Add to that Greek yogurt and coconut bliss icecream lol. I am in love woth Vans waffles with almond butter on top it is so good!
